··Follow the steps below



 

Go to File-New. Then set mode to grayscale. Next, fill the background with black. Type some white text with the type tool. Go to Layer-Type-Render Layer. Place the text in the lower part of the image. Layer-Flatten Image.

TIP: Left click on the icon until the menu comes up.
   

 
Go to Image-Rotate Canvas-90 CCW. After that you will need to go to Image-Adjust-Invert. Then, Filter-Stylize-Wind, set Direction to From the left. Image-Adjust-Invert.

You will need to do the following twice Filter->Stylize->Wind. Then go to Image-Rotate Canvas-90 CW.

Next go to Filter-Distort-Ripple. I set the Amount to 60.

Finally you will need to go to Image-Mode-Indexed Color. After that go to Image-Mode-Color Table, set Table: to Black Body.

And what comes out is pure awesome. Another thing you can do is invert the image again and you get a nice blue flames.
